We have a wide range of the expertise and experience in the financial, marketing and technical fields. We are professionals with complementary skill sets gained in a number of commercial, social and not-for-profit sectors.

Uday Thakkar

What hair Uday has is turning grey. This, he claims, is a result of having spent so many years starting and running his own enterprises and helping heaps of other people with theirs.

To supplement his vast experience with business, support services, mentoring and coaching Uday has a string of qualifications or memberships to august bodies. If this doesn't impress you at least all those initials fill up all those empty spaces on a business card.

Uday enjoys working with people and new ideas. Red Ochre allows him the ideal vehicle to interact with individuals and organisations that are striving so hard to change themselves and their circumstances. Uday believes that every engagement is mutually beneficial, he learns from each encounter and this can be used to help others.

He has also written for a number of publications on marketing and trading, IT and the not-for-profit sector, including Success in Business: a guide to financial management and marketing for small businesses, April 2007; Success in Business: street market case studies, April 2007; Social Enterprise Magazine, January 2006; Charities Management, Spring 2001; Business West Midlands, December 2000; The Guardian (Society), 2002.
