Who Should Attend: This workshop is designed for people at any level who want to better understand, or are tasked with assessing and/or managing risk, and in particular financial risk, associated with their organisation or project.
Course Description: Risk is an event or action that may harm your organisation’s ability to perform its strategy, be effective or indeed survive. Risks can be external or internal. Understanding what those risks are is the first step towards being able to manage and mitigate those risks.
This workshop will look at where the risks arise and what steps one can take to identify them. It will also examine what processes can be put in place to assess and capture potential problems and thereby minimise or exploit the risk.

Measuring your Social Impact

Communicate your chosen message to your chosen audience and learn about the place and power of marketing in an organisation.
You will develop your understanding of a marketing plan, marketing mix, 4Ps, differentiation, and public/media relations, and learn to define what your organisation offers, why customers and/or beneficiaries buy from you and how you can communicate with these key people.
The workshop will also help you with understanding and measuring beneficiary requirements, measuring impact, and improving communications internally and to beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
